Reid Park Academy's Collaborative Initiative Comes Under Fire

Mecklenburg County Commissioners and Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board Members engaged in a lively debate concerning the effectiveness and future of the Reid Park Academy Collaborative Initiative.
